    Policies Agreement — DUE ASAP

    All table-top sponsors must review and sign the required policies agreement, submitted through your FLDC Portal.

    ✓ Allowed

    ✓ One 6ft. table provided by the venue (30in. wide x 30in. high)
    ✓ A tablecloth is provided, however you may bring your own
    ✓ Table-top displays up to 6ft. in height and width
    ✓ Pull-up signage allowed only behind your table. May be up to 9ft. high, 6ft. wide, and 12in. deep

    ✕ Not Allowed

    ✕ No booths permitted
    ✕ No signage beside tables
    ✕ No oversized displays
    ✕ No obstruction of tables
    ✕ No hanging signage
    Fire Marshal Requirement: The 6-foot table format is required and cannot be modified. This will be strictly enforced.
