Your portal is where you complete required tasks, submit materials, invite team members, and access sponsor resources.

Quick start

Open your portal link
You can find the link in the FLDC Portal invitation email sent by either Heather Stoner or Alison Shelton.

Create your password
Log in and bookmark your portal for easy access.

Review your tasks
In the left menu, click
Tasks. Tasks are listed by due date.

Submit each task
Your information is not received until you click
Submit.

What you'll find in the portal
Team MembersClick Team → Add Team Members. Invite only the people responsible for completing tasks to avoid unnecessary weekly reminders. |
ResourcesThe attendee list, FLDC Sponsor Site, table-top details, shipping information, etc. — all in one tab. See spotlight below. |
Company ProfileShows how your logo and company information will appear on the Sponsor page of the conference website and mobile app. Update via the Logo & Company Information task within the TASKS section of your FLDC Portal. |
TasksAll required and optional submissions, in due-date order.
💡 Pro tip — don't forget this step!
Each task has a Submit button at the bottom. Your task isn't received or completed until this button is clicked.

The attendee list lives in Resources
One of the biggest benefits of sponsoring FLDC are the attendee lists — which will be released in your portal. From the left-hand menu, click Resources, then open the attendee list link inside.
Please Note: The attendee list only populates in portals for sponsors who are paid in full. Lists go live on the dates shown on the Deadlines Page.

Log in to your portal
Use the unique invitation link sent to your team.

Click Resources
It's in the left-hand navigation menu, beneath
Tasks.

Open the attendee list
Look for
"FLDC Attendee List — CLICK TO VIEW".
