- You will only be allowed to setup on Wednesday, October 16th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, unless you received permission from conference team to setup another time.
- No meetings can be held in the Sponsor Networking Area during sessions.
- Sponsor events must not occur or overlap with the conference sessions, sponsor networking area times or event hours.
- Sponsor events cannot be held at the InterContinental Hotel.
- Only one company per sponsorship. Companies that are partners must have their own table or sponsorship.
- You may NOT place marketing collateral anywhere around the conference space. It is only allowed to be given out from your table in the Sponsor Networking Area.
- We accept substitutions up to 48 hours prior to the event. Substitutions will not be allowed onsite. Please email fldc@franchiseupdatemedia.com and include name, company and email address for the registration you wish to substitute.
- We do not offer day passes or partial passes for this conference.
- All company representative registrants must be salaried employees of the sponsor company.
- You can register additional attendees at the special discounted rate of $795.
- Platinum & Awards Reception - 4 additional attendees at $795 per person
- Gold - 3 additional attendees at $795 per person
- Silver - 2 additional attendees at $795 per person

- Registrants for the sponsor companies must have the same company name on their badge as the one they are representing.

- No, you are not registered. You must register online in order to have a badge. You will not be charged for registrations included with your sponsorship with a valid promo code link.

General Information
1. When do I receive the attendee lists?
You will only receive the attendee list if you are paid in full for your sponsorship. The 1st pre-event attendee list will go out September 18th and the 2nd pre-event attendee list will go out October 2nd. You will receive the post-event attendee list October 23rd.
The lists contain Names, Titles, Company Name, Mailing Address, Phone Numbers and Classification (Franchisor or Supplier).
*Email addresses and phone numbers will only be provided if the attendee has opted them in to be shared.
